During her previous tenure with Re/Max, she ranked as the No. 1 Re/Max agent in the state of Alabama for eight years consecutively. In 2012, she was ranked as the No. 5 Re/Max agent nationwide. She attributes her success to lessons taught by her mother Lynn Clark, a real estate veteran of over 25 years.

Lauren lives in Fairhope with her husband and two children. She enjoys watching Fairhope sunsets, going on golf cart rides with her family, drinking an ice-cold beer on a hot day and watching Friends and Schitts Creek with her husband.
