Lauren is a consummate professional. She knows her inventory and market conditions. She is a good negotiator and not scared to ask for anything. She is probably the most responsive realtor I’ve ever worked with. She even checked on the construction of our home while we were out of town for a few months. She also has recommendations for other services like house cleaners and window treatments. She takes a whole house approach.
